What hurts more-Physical Assault or Moral Affront?

I beg to differ from my Friend Soni. A lot of emotional wounds never heal. There are people who are emotionally scarred for life unless they get real professional help. The Physical hurts but heals fast.

I think physical assault hurts more than moral affront because in moral open insult you will be hurt only emotionally but physical assault hurts physically as well as emotionally leaving your thinking why this happened to me.

I agree with Lady_E. Physical assault heals but moral/emotional injuries seldom disappear form our lives. Moreso, moral assault is internal and difficult for people to understand as its not as apparent as physical assault.
