A reducer! Haha just kidding. Personally I like a full-cup underwire bra, or occasionally a deep-V underwire bra. I don't recommend demi-cups for big-breasted ladies. Nor do I recommend standard convertible bras, though semi-convertible bras are good. You really need some sort of shoulder strap for anything D cup or above. For non-underwire bras, I recommend a full cup with a good stretch.

Under-wire bra's can 'dig in' if they're not perfectly fit on large breasts. I'd try a softer style bra which still has support, such as a "sports bra" which has firm support but usually not the under-wires.
