After winning the Buick Open on 8/2/09, he reportedly is 36-1 when having the outright lead going into the last round. Wikipedia lists this as 36-2.

The only major he has relinquished the lead in is the 2009 PGA Championship. He had a two stroke lead over Yang going into the final round and lost.
