What is the least expensive outfit cost? Including jewelary, pumps, nylons, purse? And, where?

i think the least expensive outfit you can get is about $100... IF you shop at the right stores. you can try marshalls and ross because they have adorable designer clothes for cheap. then of course there's target, but they don't usually have the best of selections. so i recommend trying small boutiques and such, ones that don't get much business. they may seem tiny, but if you give them a chance, they have cute clothes and accessories for cheap prices, because they don't usually get much business. :) good luck!
