I saw the very same article i publised on another site. How it happened?
I publised an article 'How to tackle fake job scams' on 30/July/09. Today I saw the very same article on Freeads 13 blogs site, which they published on 02/Aug/09. How did it happen?

most likely, someone saw your work, copy and pasted it with their computer and published it on that website.
