If given the chance - why would you want to become a billionaire?

Johnny Carson once said "Money is only good for 2 things: it's one less thing to worry about and you can help those you love". I would want to not have to worry about paying anything again and I would want to help everyone I know and thousands of people I don't know, especially children. I would love the opportunity to start an organization that lasts well past my expiration date...

Money gives choices. I would like the money to help some of the very poor people I have met while traveling. To provide livlihood, homes, food and more. I have seen the dead and dying in the streets. Life is very hard for some.

My own needs are very very simple. Money begets money and if I had some I may well become a billionaire (though I would never want so much).

I'd become a billionaire for the money.

The thing that's stopping me (and most other people) from becoming a billionaire, is the doing of something that makes you a millionaire. Or getting lucky by being in the right place in the right time.

Long story short: I blame quantum mechanics. Always stringing me along and never making me a billionaire!

I think most people at the moment would just be happy with an extra $100 never mind Billions!!!

If I did have that kind of money I'd buy out the UK and sack Gordon Brown .....then employ Big Bird or Kermit, as they couldn't do the job any worse! :o)

That means I would have made a lot of people very happy in my business. Resulting in my happiness and I could make even more people more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

of course, you want to be a billionaire for the money $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

there is nothing wrong with becoming a billionaire, people may envy you because they're insecure, however there is no problem with it.

obviously what stops someone from becoming a billionaire is not having the job, the resources, or the luck.

go for the lottery tickets.

There is nothing wrong in becoming billionaire untill you follow a legal way.
