Have you heard of books? There are dictionaries. There are grammar lessons books. Local bookstores have books. Have you ever seen one? Amazon, the on-line bookstore, has books. Community colleges have remedial English courses.
There is no excuse for not mastering English in a couple of years. I once knew a guy from Chile who constantly carried a pocket English dictionary with him. His English was much better than many so-called "native" English speakers with parents or grandparents from Central and South America.
