When I first started trying to make money online, I signed up for every legitimate survey site I could find. I would spend several hours a night completing surveys (if I was accepted, of course). I did this for almost a year and all total I made about $50 in cash and got a couple of free samples and 2 gift certificates. I figure I made about 2 cents per hour (maybe).
Affiliate marketing is a much better way to go.
Good Luck,
Deborah

I have earned approximately $150 from taking and completing surveys so far. Some sites are obviously a rip off but some are actually legitimate. Some sites to check out are: Opinion Outpost, Survey Savvy, My Survey, Survey Spot, Inbox Dollars, My Points, and Send Earnings. Won't receive cash from all but can earn points to get gift cards, etc. Already cashed in points (from My Points) for Applebee's gift cards and took the hubby out to dinner. Good luck!

I have earned exactly $3 from taking surveys. I signed up through esearch a couple of years ago. I don't try every survey they send. Sometimes when I do try out a survey, I'm not the person they are looking for, so I don't earn anything for those.
Hope this helps!

Hi there,
I have been doing surveys online for over 5 years now, during that time I have been a member of many survey panels and have been paid numerous times.
In my opinion 2 sites stand out above the rest, they being:
http://www.survey-head.com - pays by paypal
Paid to do surveys, no need to complete other offers, just do a survey when it is available and get paid for it.
http://www.cashcratesurveys.com - pays by check or direct deposit
Paid to complete offers and surveys site, has slightly more earning opportunities but is a little more involved.
Both are easy to use and provide the opportunity to easily make an extra $100 to $200 per month, if nothing else they are worth having a look at to see what you think
Good luck with your search.

Here is a comprehensive list of many legitimate, free, paying survey sites. I personally use all of these and get paid! By paying - I mean cash, paypal, gift certificates and prizes. NOT sweepstakes and entries into drawings. I feel like those are a waste of time since your chances of winning are so small that you are basically doing surveys for free.
You can vote each answer up or down to show your support or disapproval. You cannot flag an answer, but if an answer receives enough down votes compared to up votes, then it will become hidden.
