Gotta go with Chelsea. The other teams at the top all lost players that were vital to the way that they played. Chelsea remains mostly intact and has looked great in the preseason.

I am not a big Arsenal fan but if those youngsters they are playing, really start to gel - they have a good chance of being on top of the table at the end. Its a long season and they are built to endure.

The opening weeks have been a surprise in some ways with the Big Four not really flexing their collective muscle as of yet. Liverpool's start has been poor and although Manchester United have beaten Arsenal, they also lost to Burnley which will concern Siralex. Chelsea have a 100% record but they haven't really played any team that is likely to finish in the top 6. Manchester City, after being the summers biggest spenders (£123 million) have started well but they have struggled to find the net even with their abundance of forwards.

The biggest surprise is the form of Tottenham, perenial underachievers for a club of their size, who also have a 100% record and the scalp of Liverpool under their belt. Let us not forget that this time last year they were bottom of the table with 1 point from four games, a situation that only improved when the ineffectual Juande Ramos was replaced after 8 games by 'Arry Redknapp.

Elsewhere, Everton and Aston Villa have made slow starts but the quality is there and they can expect to be well placed as the season progresses. For the newly promoted clubs, early promise is normally replaced by bleak reality after January with Wolves and Burnley looking likely contenders to prop up the table.

Four games into a season is too early to make any predictions for champions but ultimately it will be the usual suspects who will expect to be in contention but if Manchester City and Tottenham carry their form forward, then this could be an interesting season.

But if I had to pick one team, I think that Chelsea are looking ominously good. Time will tell when they actually play one of the Big Four.

The answer is clearly Liverpool.

Man utd have lost their best 2 players in Ronaldo and Tevez whilst Giggs and Scholes are too old to play every game.

Chelsea are the biggest threat but their new manager is a Premiership virgin.

Arsenal try too hard to play decent football without concentrating on actually winning games.

And Liverpool have Torres!!!!!!

Easy answer!

That's an easy one. Manchester United. Will pip Chelsea to it... just! Ferguson has the experience over Ancelotti in the English game.
