My daughter lost her job in Michigan and had to move back in with me, the dad is making all kinds of accusations against her ..she is living in Ohio with me her mom..the grandparents and the childs dad won't let her get him or see him.

Call a lawyer and begin documenting everything-and I do mean everything-get a spiral and write everything down-when and where, phone calls made, dates and times. Your daughter needs a job-any job is better than no job. Even if it is at McDonald's it will show that she is working towards being able to provide for her child. Best of luck to her.
