what exactly is a hub score? Is it good to have a high score or a low score?

It is best if you have a high score. I know it raises your score if you include pictures or video.

include other informative link, not only your own link can't increase your hub score too..

Well yes a high score raises your popularity in the community which means more traffic to your hubs..
You can vote each answer up or down to show your support or disapproval. You cannot flag an answer, but if an answer receives enough down votes compared to up votes, then it will become hidden.
