Do organic or grass fed beef and free range eggs carry the same danger if undercooked?

What about raw goat's milk?

Hello Angela, first many products that are labeled organic sometimes are not truly organic in nature. To answer your question yes there is still a risk of E-coli for cattle because the E-coli bacteria live naturally in cattle and our guts; and eggs can still have the danger of the Salmonella species. Remember no matter how careful you grow or raise a commodity there is always a risk of contamination by the ground, rainwater run-off and other factors. I always recommend cook the food thoroughly especially if you have a weakened immune system or have a chronic illness. Hope you have a great day and thank you for your question.

As Madam Trainer said, anything raw or undercooked carries risk. That's why the USDA came up with standards for homogenization and pasteurization. Raw goat's milk can carry bacteria in it, just like any other raw food. Always consume raw foods with caution.
