Hello Rosieangel,
Getting started with bulk emailing really depends on your overall goal.
Whether it be sending out mass birthday invites or promoting your online business, the following methods can help you get the job done.
Lets take a look at two common solutions .
**Sending out 200 emails or less ( at a time ) **
( free email providers. )
If you are sending out less than 200 emails at a time , then anyone of the above free email providers will be more than adequate.
Tip : Free email providers generally have a limit as to the amount of emails they allow to be sent at a given time.
Also, the likelihood of your emails reaching the inbox using the above providers decreases as you start sending in large amounts.
** Sending out 200 + emails ( at a time )**
If you are sending out more than 200 emails at a time , then I would use a paid service like:
They have free a plan here:

Paid services allow you to send out high volumes of emails without the restrictions of the free email providers.
Paid services also provide you with great tools and tips for getting the most out of sending emails in bulk.
I hope that gives you a better idea of how to get started.
