How long before someone runs 100m in less than 9.5 seconds? Will it be this year?

When They allow Doping because I don't think anyone could Run in that time without help look at Usain Bolt that to me is very strange in comparison that it took so long to get under 9.8 and this guy is running at 9.58 and they say Ben Johnston Was cheating

I do not think it will be this year. Usain Bolt's 9.58 at the IAAF World Championships was remarkable, but lowering a time that's already that fast by .09 seconds IS significant. It does not seem like that much time...but at that level, and at that speed, it is. I think Bolt may do it in the future, but not this year.
