how do i upload my .txt file to the base directory of my domain for my ebay partner network account
when i recieved an email from ebay network program asking me to activate my account, it said that i had to upload a .txt file to the base directory of my domain. What does this mean and how do i do it? PLEASE HELP!!!

when you log into your domain then you have to upload it to the main directory you can use the file transfer wizard that comes with your hosting provider or you can use FTP. if you don;t have a hosting account you will need to get one since hubpages does not directly allow sign up of the bay partner network soley through hub pages.
