natureheals says

Mineral water comes from mineral spring water containing various mineral salts, especially the carbonates, chlorides, phosphates, silicates, sulfides, and sulfates of calcium, iron, lithium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, and other metals. The content of minerals vary from places to places. Mostly it is salts, sulfur compounds, and gases which can be dissolved in water. Some mineral water may taste more saltier than other place.

Hope this helps. :)
