Fruits like vegetables are rich in vitamins and nutrients, our digestive system can still digest the food we eat even they're mixed. Mixing fruits must be done carefully just like fruits used in shakes, fruit salad and our very own halo halo in Philippines (mixture of fruits like banana, jackfruit, and etc, with milk, sugar, gelatin with crushed ice) are used. In mixing fruits be careful with the outcome of the taste hehehe.
