I have created adsense account using hubpages.com. Will it get approved?

While anything is possible, usually Google likes to see that you are an established writer and that you have a large portfolio of original content. So, if you have already applied, I would not get my hopes up.

I would instead focus on keep writing hubs, like you have been doing, and building up your hubpages account. Once you have been here for awhile and have a good number of hubs, you can apply and will have a much better chance of being approved.
