For the best care on curly hair just keep it moisturized. Not necessarily wet or filled with a lot off product but just be sure to condition every two weeks or so and get a light moisturizer for daily use. Also you should use a huge tooth comb, lol. Not a big but a huge one. That's just for basic care. I'm no expert but I have done some reading try visiting naturallycurly.com. Ihope this helps.
