The appearance of dark circles is exacerbated by the thinness of the skin just below the eyes. The most effective treatment is neither cream nor serum nor vitamin supplement...and not even sleep. It is a small series of 'filler' injections of the lower lid, which increase its thickness and vastly diminishes the visibility of the blood vessels underneath.
