how do i activate adsense?
im trying to activate adsense but it only gives me the "sign up" option. when i click on that it only gives me the option "No thank you, I'll sign up for AdSense later." can anyone help?

If you've signed up for adsense, been approved and have been given your code. It's just a case of pasting your code in the affiliate settings in my account and then clicking activate.

It doesn't give me the option of pasting it in. It seems most people have an edit button next to the adsense affiliate which allows them to paste it in but I don't have that option. I must be overlooking something very fundamental and simple:P
