Do you think one beer should get you a DUI?
Let's say your weight is 300lbs and your 6'1" and you drank one beer. That one beer later on gets you a DUI. I guess thats why they make those commercials of the guys driving with a car full of beer because all that beer came out of one can.

If you got a DUI "later on" after 1 beer...you got screwed! The body can process the alcohol of 1 normal beer in 1 hour. And contrary to fictional statement...1 or 2 beers does not make your above the legal limit (for an Adult!). Laws are different for underage.

Yes i do you shouldn't drink and drive. If you follow these rules then you should be good. have one drink per hour. It takes one hour for alcohol to pass through your system.
