How do you make a meal romantic?

Making meals romantic is easy. Put on romantic attire. Add room decor, soft lights or candles red tablecloth, soft music, and sensual food you both enjoy. Don't forget fragrant flowers or scent diffuser. Romance appeals to the senses, sight, smell, taste, hearing and touch. Enjoy!

Two things: get rid of distractions (the pet, the kids, the phone) and do something a little different (e.g. the garden instead of the dining room or a picnic in the basement).

For me, one of the most romantic meals I had was when I came home from work. My girlfriend always got home about 2 hours before me. As I walked in the door, I could see that she was wearing a dress. She had already taken our dogs upstairs and put them in their bedroom. (Yes, our dogs have their own bedroom. haha) I don't even remember what she cooked that night, but it was one of my favorites. I have a lot of favorites. What really made the night romantic is that she had come home from dinner and instead of relaxing in her pajamas, she had put worth all this effort just to have a nice night. The point I'm trying to get across is that effort is what makes a meal romantic. Not specifically candles, or perfume, or what you are wearing, but effort. Hope that helps.
