Why people sob and shed tears when their dear one is dead?
YSR The CM of Andhra is dead due to air crash. People feel that YSR is dead. But only his body is dead. His Atma is alvie. But, still his followers do not bear the sudden demise.They sob and shed tears.

Well, it's normal to sob and/or shed tears. But, some are said to be losing their lives either by heart-attack (shock news huh?) or by suicide. That's over the top.

It's okay to shed tears whether it be for a man or woman. It just helps us to lighten up. We cry to let out our fears, our emotions, and our happiness. Crying helps us in many ways. It helps to relieve the tension in the muscles. It actually calms us and this is in part due to the chemicals and hormones that are released in the tears. One feels lighter after the release of the hormones.
