UN jobs are not easy to come by as they are quite sought after. But you could check UN's (and its organizations like UNESCO, WHO, World Bank etc.) websites for vacancies.
Plus, there are many other NGOs that work for the underprivileged. You can apply with them. You could also register for listservs at sites like devnetjobs.org that provide information on jobs in the social development field.
