If not, you can get a free gallery website, and make your images run like a slide-show. Then invite people to look at your gallery.
There is no hard and fast rule to publish a comic book online. That's because its not bound by paper. I saw a webcomic using flash to publish its comic book before.
You could even convert it to an e-book if you want (in pdf form).

Also, if you're particularly resourceful, you can post them in your own blog.
