My guess would be to look up the public access channels in your area. If you have a good premise and you can give them new material every week, you may have a shot. Also with a bit of advertising on here, local papers, etc you may do well enough ratings wise for major players to take notice.

New channels are lot of them crowded everywhere. It will not be agood idea to go for them . Unless you have millions of money simply sitting in your pockets.
