Should all the affiliate codes be the same? If not, where do I get this information?
I'm referring to Google (this one I know is right); amazon; ebay; kontera; analytics....I copied and pasted the google affiliate code into the other code boxes.

Each affiliate gives its own code. The Google code is only for Google.
When you sign up as an affiliate for any company you generally need to wait until you hear back that you have been approved. Once you have been approved you will be able to sign into your account (with any of the individual companies), and that's where you would find your code. As you know, with Google it is shown in "account information".
With Kontera I did have to e.mail to ask about the code, because I had no idea if I had one or not. It turned out my sign-up process had not "gone through completely", so they e.mailed me the code.
When you go to HubPages "Help", where you can click on each company from there, you'll be brought to the right page (to start from) for the affiliate account.
You can vote each answer up or down to show your support or disapproval. You cannot flag an answer, but if an answer receives enough down votes compared to up votes, then it will become hidden.
