is it good to keep a dryer in the balkony?
i went to see an apartment for rent everything looked great just the tiny bathroom and there's no place for dryer so as for now it's in the balkony.. i can't imagine having to go outside in the cold winter for every time i wanna make a machine..

Appliances kept and used out of doors have a shorter lifespan than those kept and used indoors. Maybe you can buy a stackable washer dryer that will fit in your apartment.
