Why is Japan superior in locomotive industry to mighty American?

America used to be superior in many types of heavy manufacturing, including locomotives. Such manufacturing has left America. That America is no longer a leader in that and many other products is due to the reordering of all economies by the New World Order (NWO) rulers. That is done by trade laws, currency (money) manipulation, etc.
