I like to make pizza fries. I make smaller amounts for myself, but you can make as much or as little as you want. Put some frozen french fries on a cookie sheet with a little oil and bake them in the oven at 350 degrees until they're brown. Drain off the oil, add some pizza sauce, shredded Mozzarella cheese, and your kids' favorite toppings. Return the cookie sheet to the oven and bake until the cheese is lightlly browned.

E Z Chicken Tetrazini
1 can creamy mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
2 cups cooked spaghetti
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken (leftovers or 12 1/2 oz. can)
2 tbsp. parsley
Dash nutmeg
In saucpan, combine soup, water and cheese. Heat slowly till cheese melts. Stir occasionally. Add remaining ingredients. Heat in pan, or put in greased cassarole dish and heat in oven. This can be made and kept warm in a crockpot too. Serve with sourdough french bread and a vegetable. Yummy!
