Can someone tell me why my website is not in google search results when im searching it.

your website needs to be "indexed" by google. which really just means that the robot spiders that crawl the internet have not yet found your website.
you can go directly to the google page and enter your sites details for indexing.
however if you prefer you could send your page to a social site like digg or stumbleupon and then the google spiders will find you through those links.
you could also write up articles and submit those and the over time the links will bring the spiders.
by the way yahoo/bing will also let you submit your site for indexing.
if you are on twitter send a tweet with the keywords that you want indexed and then add your site address and this will also start to be on the google search results.
