It's been in the media recently here in Australia that they are similar in nutrients to other foods such as a Strawberry. Therefore, not to pay excessive prices expecting some sort of miracle to happen because you've consumed them, but only if you want to try them because you're curious about their taste.

I guess everyone can take advantage of any product and use it to their own greed. The acai berry does it seem have truly wondrous,

properties, such as antioxidants more powerful than a cup of raspberries, it has omega 3 fats which are beneficial for cholestrol and lowering of other diseases, [i am not a doctor or scientist so I am not going to make claims I do not have qualifications to do so]

Al I know is I have tried the juice do feel the benefits of it and would like to explore the berry further. As for the weight claims well there are so many scams built on the the innocent but after reading the reviews I am looking further into it. I guess you have to sort out the true genuine product from the scam product.
