You bank account is broken - it restores your balance to $86400 each day. How do you spend it?
Think about it. You can never run out of money. Your account just starts afresh every day, at that golden $86400 mark. The money is yours, no one is asking for it back. How do you spend it?

I would continue to accumulate it and put in in a spot no one would know about (since you can't put it in the bank or invest it.) After I had enough to have myself and my family live comfortably for the rest of our lives (meaning not having to worry about food or bills and having a somewhat nice roof over our heads) I would continue to put money into social projects that I believe work.

I'd let the bank know. You'll get caught and billed for the money if you don't. If it was impossible to get caught, then I'd buy a somewhat nice house and car. I'd invest the rest of the money in real estate and gold, with the hopes of saving it for my descendants.
