How are gay men and women to procreate? Are they going to find a lesbian woman or a gay man for this

I have lots of gay and lesbian friends that are parents. They come to have children in all the same ways that heterosexual people do: they adopt, they use surrogates, they inseminate, and they even have heterosexual sex just for the express purpose of conceiving children naturally.
