Perhaps you could try something you've never tried before, such as eating an exotic type of food, travel somewhere you've never been to, do some gardening if you haven't tried to--doing things like that that break from your routine. I believe that doing things that aren't usual for you can help lift that block. It could inspire you to write about what your new experience is like. Good luck!

A trick I always use is to take a really big subject and write about it with an impossibly strict word count. A couple of examples might be:
- What is the impact of deforestation on the climate in 50 words
- Explain how the combustion engine works in 25 words.
That sort of thing. This exercise does two important things. It forces you to write your way through the block and by being so restrictive, the relief of writing without such strict constraints once you're done will make your normal work seem so pleasurable, you'll forget about the block altogether.
It works for me anyway. I hope it works for you.

You need to write. Describe the room where you are sitting. Write about one of your favorite movies, television shows,etc... You cannot dwell on a writer's block. Writing about what you know at a particular time will give you inspiration. The important point is to continue writing. You need to push past the dam in your mind that is holding your thoughts.
