Why do you suppose so many people fail at making money on the internet?

Most people don't realize it actually takes work and skill to do, just like any other job.

Because they lose hope! People are far too keen to make money fast and it just won't happen. It is for this reason that you have to find something you enjoy and where making money is a bonus. For instance, I write here primarily as an outlet and as something to do! It's going to take several months, maybe even years before I make any substantial amount of money per month but I really don't mind as I do this for entertainment - not as a job.

I agree very much with Sasha. Hope, time and truly enjoying what you do for the chance to earn some real revenue.

I gave up a few times over the years but then I always came back to give it another try. I then came across Hubpages and took what I learned here to the outside. I create blogs and free websites too. The more Hubs, blogs and free websites you create the more URLs (web addresses) you have out in cyber space. Creating more each week increase your chances of earning money with Adsense.
