What different types of diet programs or weight loss programs have people tried?

Metabolic Research Center is a program that is designed for real life, long term weight loss. The program allows you to use real food you prepare at home, so there isnt any point of calorie counting, WHICH IS A BLESSING! People average 2-5 lbs a week....the 5 mostly coming from men (of course). Most women average 3 pounds a week. Its not to expensive, check it out.

My wife and I are both doing the South Beach Diet and it's working very well. In the last few weeks I think she's lost eight pounds and I've lost at least five. The best part is I still get to eat lots of meat, eggs, and cheese!
