Had breakup a month before. Now she is feeling guilty as she was moving with another guy.
But she told it all happened without her knowledge as she was frustrated in that time because of our misunderstanding and she is guilty now. She haven't told that guy about our relationship and will tell him the same soon. When she feels free from guilty she'll surely come back to me and that time is coming soon she is responding me. What shall I do now?

For now, just be as honest and open with her about your feelings as you can. Also listen to what she has to say, because she was with another man (no matter what the excuse) and you'll need to keep that in mind.
