there are various herbs that are very effective.....its the commitment to taking them is what works. Many people frown on natural herbs and medicines and allow themselves to be brained washed to believe and trust in other medicines. I remember going out of my way to give someone a powerful plant that is amazing for internal cleansing. And what did this individual do they gave it to a retard who in return did god knows what with it. Sometimes you just cant waste your time and efforts in trying to help people. I will suggest the aloe vera plant to you. It is very effective as well as productive for healing. Do NOT buy aloe vera juice, purchase the pure plant. You will get the results that you seek!

Well, Goldenseal and Echinacea is a blood cleanser. For foods, Beets, Carrots, Garlic, Artichoke are very high anitoxidants. Before trying the herbs listed, check with a professional first. And drink plenty of water.
