What are the most lucrative jobs in the airlines today if you don't have a pilot's license?

Wow, it's been a long time since I was part of the airline industry. When I began with Pan Am (about a century ago) my first job was to schedule flight crews. Gave me a great chance to date some intelligent and beautiful stewardesses (but we can't use that word anymore can we?) Frankly, I don't know if there are any "lucrative jobs" left in the not-so-friendly skies anymore.
