No. If a woman is using the Contraceptive Pill and having some unwanted side effects she can try another brand. Not all of the Pills are the same and her Doctor can provide her with advice about trying a different one.

Certainly not. Contraceptives don't automatically add weight, but pregnancy does. Also, I'm not sure how much weight you mean but if it's a relative low amount I'm not sure why that would "ruin" a woman's beauty.
