Coming out into the open about your sexuality is one of the hardest things in the world to do. The hardest thing to do is to accept within yourself that your gay.

The reactions of others is out of your control, as hard as it is for you to come out and openly express that your gay to loved ones family and friends, its also hard for them to accept this, so give them time, and remember your not alone, nor are you an outcast of any kind.....

Rome wasnt built in a day, as they say so dont expect people whom are not expecting this news to throw open arms out and congradulate you.

Normally they will come around, and if they dont, well hey at least you told them, and you let a weight off your shoulders, a burden you dont have to carry around.

Coming out from his nutshell is weird for man. Man loves to be in holes like a crab.

I am very shy and will always be very cautious and careful to talk on such issues with anybody. And the show of emotions is completely no-man task. Expressions of emotions do suites only to females. Showing emotion by man is showing his own weakness to others. So a typical man always will opt to hide his emotions as much as possible.
