Short term or long term? Most fitness folks say to get out of the gym after about an hour (unless you're training for sports, bodybuilding or a role in Rocky XII)... in the long run, I guess we're never done................. if we stop, the muscles turn to flab and the weight starts to add back on.
I'm trying to lose 10 more pounds by the end of the year, but I know it doesn't end there, either.
