How do you get an application or game you have created licensed to a big company for penny click throughs (or similar) instead of trying to sell it directly to the public?

Find a comptetent patent/ intellectual property attorney in your area and make sure your rights are protected.
Such an attorney may be able to point you in the direction of venture capitalists that specialize in buying things like your application.
