Is it wrong to say “It is a pleasure trip instead of a holiday trip”?

Its not wrong, but its more appropriate to say Holiday.

UK - Holiday

US - Vacation

Both are fine. The word "holiday" is used much more by speakers of the Queen's English than by Americans.

In the U.S. the term "vacation" is far more common.
