Go to www.redcross.org. Under the tab "Getting Trained", you can put in your zip code and find your local chapter. There are courses you can take for a nominal fee depending on what you want to do. I was a volunteer and instructor for three years providing CPR/AED instruction. The hope you provide is life fulfilling for not only you, but those whose life you've been called to touch.
