My original article is marked as duplicate. It has only been published on my blog to my knowledge.
What's going on? Is there some way for me to prove it's mine?

If you published it on your blog then it is a duplicate. It does not matter that it belongs to you.
This will not penalize you with hubpages, but google may sent traffic to the first published article rather than the one on hubpages. If you do not want to live with the duplication flag rewrite the article by at least 30%.
You can vote each answer up or down to show your support or disapproval. You cannot flag an answer, but if an answer receives enough down votes compared to up votes, then it will become hidden.
