Do you find it hard being a Boss to men at work? Are there any challenges you face? or do you just get on with it?

This is a few years back now (I work for myself at home now) but it was challenging someday to be the boss of men or a manager of the project they were assigned to. I was also typically 10-15 years younger than them. That never seemed to go over well also.
