Neither - Buy Real Estate ---- here is the test > Go to your lender (bank) and see which one they will lend you money to buy. Unless you place equity in your home up for collateral they wont lend money on stocks of any kind, but they will lend money for real estate. Think about that - if banks wont lend money for stock options but will for real estate, where do they think the real value is?
